Some Reasons Why You May Lose Your License

A Board may cancel, fine, revoke, or restrict your authorization to practice if you:
  1. use a falsity or fraud in obtaining your license;
  2. omit material facts in obtaining your license;
  3. had your professional/occupation license from another jurisdiction canceled, revoked, or suspended;
  4. have been disciplined by another jurisdiction's board;
  5. have violated, conspired to or aided in the violation of these regulations;
  6. have intentionally used fraudulent statements in connection with your profession or occupation;
  7. have obtained fees or assisted in obtaining fees under fraudulent circumstances;
  8. have committed a dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional act that is likely to deceive, defraud, or harm the public;
  9. lack the professional or ethical competence to practice the profession or occupation;
  10. have been convicted of or has pled guilty to a felony or a crime involving drugs or moral turpitude;
  11. have practiced while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  12. use alcohol or drugs to such a degree that you are unfit to practice;
  13. have a physical or mental disability which makes further practice dangerous to the public;
  14. violate a provision of this article or of a regulation promulgated under this article;
  15. violate the code of professional ethics.

Each incident is considered a separate violation!!!!!!!!!!!!
